ACT LIKE YOU LOVE ME (MOVIE)
Entertainment One wanted to promote the film Act Like You Love Me in order to raise African American consumer awareness about the DVD release date. Outspoken Media Group created the Cleveland Black Cinema Showcase in order to develop a platform for the film that authentically engaged African American consumers. 93.1 FM WZAK’s Haz Matthews hosted the red carpet film screening and fans were able to interact directly with the popular radio personality and other local celebrities. We implemented a digital marketing campaign and executed social media engagement on Facebook and Twitter. Our team created press materials, which resulted in a Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper feature and coverage on other digital media outlets. The campaign generated approximately 2 million media impressions and increased the film audience reach to over 25,000 new followers on Facebook and Twitter.
