BILL BELLAMY: CRAZY SEXY DIRTY (TV SPECIAL)
Outspoken Media Group was engaged to spearhead the marketing and publicity campaign for the Showtime one-hour comedy special Bill Bellamy: Crazy Sexy Dirty. Our goal was to increase consumer awareness in the African American market. Outspoken Media Group implemented an extensive digital marketing campaign and executed social media engagement, which resulted in approximately 35,000 new followers on Facebook and Twitter for Bill Bellamy. We secured radio interviews for Bill Bellamy in top media markets including Los Angeles and Chicago. Outspoken Media Group also obtained media placements on CNN.com, TheGrio.com, Essence.com, and NPR.com. Furthermore, we interviewed Bill Bellamy and penned a 750-word personal comedy blog for www.thegrio.com, which provided him with an opportunity to have an ongoing and major presence on a leading African American web portal. The campaign resulted in 15 million media impressions.
