CHALLENGE
Promote the film The Marriage Chronicles in order to raise African American consumer awareness about the DVD release date for Entertainment One.
STRATEGY
Implemented an extensive digital marketing campaign and executed social media engagement. Created and managed a Twitter account to provide an interactive platform for fans to engage the stars of the film. Secured interviews for Terri J. Vaughn on several popular radio shows in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C. Conceptualized and interviewed Terri J. Vaughn for a 700-word blog “Marriage Can Be Better the Second Time Around” and secured placement on Essence.com.
RESULTS
The marketing and publicity campaign resulted in 6 million media impressions.
